1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Vibe ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you do not have permission to access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Vibe, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Not have been previously banned from the Service

By using Vibe, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We may request proof of age at any time.

3. User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and update your information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Take responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Transmit any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Display nudity, sexual content, or engage in sexual behavior
  • Harass, bully, intimidate, or threaten other users
  • Discriminate based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability
  • Share content involving minors or exploit children in any way
  • Promote violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • Spam, advertise, or solicit other users
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Collect personal information of other users without consent
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated methods to access the Service
  • Attempt to circumvent our moderation or safety systems
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for your conduct and any content you transmit through the Service. We do not endorse any user content. We may monitor, review, and remove content at our discretion. By using the Service, you consent to AI-based content moderation.

6. Premium Subscriptions

Vibe offers premium subscription plans with additional features. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring charges to your payment method
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion
  • Prices may change with notice

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vibe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of Vibe is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share your information.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDUCT OF OTHER USERS OR THE CONTENT THEY SHARE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vibe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Reporting Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior that violates these Terms, please report it using our in-app reporting feature or contact us at report@vibechat.in. We take all reports seriously and will investigate accordingly.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
